The renovation relocated the laundry and established a new, functional kitchen layout that maximizes work zones and circulation. Adjacent to the kitchen is a smartly positioned dining area that flows into the living room, creating an open-plan arrangement that welcomes natural light and encourages social interaction.

The living room is predominantly white, punctuated by bright red accents that add energy without overwhelming the calm base. Thoughtful placement of furniture and lighting enhances sightlines from the kitchen through the dining area into the living space, making the whole plan feel generous and connected.

Home Office and Decorative Palette

A compact home office was created with a white-and-blue cabinetry scheme that feels both crisp and calming.
