Placing the master suite by the river allows for quiet separation from the rest of the house and captures views and breezes from the water. The central living zone links the house together and contains the kitchen, a formal dining or lounge area, and an intimate family space designed for everyday use and entertaining.

A separate wing contains the additional bedrooms and bathrooms, including a full-size guest room.
